2010 Carolina Skiff 19 – Custom GatorStep Fishing Boat Transformation

This 2010 Carolina Skiff 19 was transformed from a basic bare-floor center console into a custom family fishing boat designed to create lasting memories with the grandkids.

The goal of this project wasn't just to improve the look of the boat—it was to make it a more comfortable, safer, and more enjoyable place for the entire family to spend time together on the water. We installed a fully custom GatorStep flooring system that adds exceptional traction, all-day comfort, and a premium appearance while standing up to the demands of fishing and family adventures.

One of the standout features of this build is a custom measuring tape integrated directly into the GatorStep flooring, making it quick and easy to measure every catch without reaching for a separate ruler. It's a practical feature that adds both convenience and a unique custom touch to the boat.

The finished result is a fishing boat that looks as incredible as it performs—a clean, durable, easy-to-maintain deck that's ready for countless days of casting lines, landing fish, and making memories with the next generation.
