The Full Story
On December 18th, 2025, we released "Blessings at Smith Mountain Lake". I am continually reminded in our family story and so many here at Smith Mountain Lake that God's presence and blessings are amazing here. I wanted to create a song that just honored His amazing creation allowing those who listen to reflect on this place God has brought so many for His purpose. Because we really are here for so much more than just time on the lake.

But there is more to the story...
It all started out with wanting to create a small jingle to be used in marketing. But as I was creating a simple jingle, I realized I really wanted more. What if we could create a song that people would listen to and feel like everything they love at the Smith Mountain Lake. So with lots and lots of work (100's of hours) we created a combination of a song and music video that we are excited to release early summer of 2026. (Sorry for the teaser, but doesn't that make it even more exciting to look forward to?).
